Bright Sparks (P1-P3)
Children will enjoy tailored instruction according to their abilities through various circuits on floor, balance beam, bars, vault and trampoline, learning the basics of gymnastics skills and progressing through the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.

Junior Recreation (P4-P7)
In addition to the traditional artistic apparatus above, gymnasts will learn the basics of additional disciplines such as Trampolining, Sports Acrobatics, Hand Apparatus and TeamGym.

Senior Recreation Yr 8+

Award scheme certificates and badges are presented to our gymnasts at our Annual Gymnastics Showcase in June.

All gymnasts within these groups are also encouraged to participate in our “In House” Competitions at Christmas and Easter, competing against their peers in a fun environment.

Within these classes we have a strong focus on developing personal skills such as teamwork, determination, kindness, problem solving and resilience.
