Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is an hour and a half-long class that will continue focusing on the 4 Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam and floor.
Your child’s coach will take the girls through floor, uneven bars, beam and tumble track rotations each week. At the end of each class the kids will do some strength exercises and enjoy a game or pit time!
