I would like to remind everyone that the gym is closed Good Friday for one week and wish every member and their families a very Happy Easter!

A huge thank you must be said to one of our parents - Charles Townsley for laying our new floor covering in the main entrance and bathroom. It looks fantastic and we appreciate Charles' help and giving up his time.

Our gym is really shaping up!!

Congratulations to Lara who not only won the gold medal on floor at the recent competition hosted by Salto on 19 February but was also the winner of the Tony Byrne Cup for the highest 'E' score on floor acoss all age groups in the Intro Level!!

This is the 3rd year out of 4 that an Abbey gymnast has won the cup and Lara will share the cup with Tamara from Valdez.

Well done Lara!!
