BG have made the system available to clubs in batches so that they can monitor and manage the volume of members using the system at any one time. This will enable BG to minimise waiting time for members. Please note this is notification is for Abbey members only, we do not have consent for members of any other club.

Please complete the registration process using the Membership link on the BG homepage, before the end of October. This will activate your/your child’s member benefits including the 2017-18 insurance cover: BG’s current policy will cover gymnastics activity until the end of October.
Please make sure you:
1. Know what type of membership they require before using the system (on the original booklet given out).
2. Check the name and address of our club carefully so that you do not select a club with a similar name (Units 34 & 35 Argyle Business Centre, BT13 2AU).
Changes to the system
Extensive testing has confirmed that the issues experienced on 1st October have been resolved. BG have successfully piloted the live system with a small number of clubs and are therefore confident that our members will have a good experience when they join or renew their membership.
